Certainly Paris is not the most Food-Truck friendliest city in the world, however when American Food Truck trend collides with French Gourmandise … Oh Mon Dieu !!! Fabulous things sure happen!!
I came to know about the “Camion qui Fume” some months ago .. it means earlier 2013, however this Truck has been rolling over Paris since late 2011. After trying those burgers a couple times 😉 .. I can say these burgers are a piece of Paris to bite!! No kidding, these burgers would remind you of Paris forever once you try them!!
The menu created by the Californian chef/owner, Kristin Frederick, honors the best local ingredients into the tastiest burgers ever… champignons sauvages, fourme d’ambert, oignons caramelisés, gruyère réserve… if the ingredients sound good, when they are all together into the burger they sound like a symphony!!
Rarely making lines for over 40 min pay as good as this one!!! Best of all .. 10€ w/home fries!!
